The members of the Russian-American-Bolivian team "WE", the future of the world, having analyzed a number of current trends, as well as some science fiction works of the past, from which many ideas have become reality, have developed their own scenario for the future. In their opinion, by 2025-2030, the orbital stations of Russia, the USA, China will function, the EU and India will begin to build their stations; in 2030-2040, test stations will be formed on the moon to find optimal conditions for human life with the aim of further colonization of the solar system; in 2040-2060, the process of creating pan-regions will begin on earth, which, regardless of each other, will have their own space programs for the development of the solar system; a list of objects will be created that are fully ready for colonization, in order to obtain the right to their development, pan-regions will participate in special tenders organized by the UN committee, will begin to form cosmic boundaries; in 2060-2090, many objects of the solar system will already be mastered. However, there will still be many objects in the space registry that are ready to accept colonizers, so private corporations will be allowed to colonize space objects, which can also participate in tenders or will be able to use the space hectare program aimed at increasing the pace of exploration of the solar system; thus, by 2100, the boundaries of pan-regions in space will be formed. With intensive colonization of the solar system and scientific cooperation of the pan-regions, preparations for colonization outside the solar system will begin.
