"Blockchain with a Russian soul" - a Russian-American-Syrian team working in the direction of the economy of the future, also analyzed current trends and a possible negative scenario of the future, the development of which can be influenced by 3 key factors: demography - the aging of the world's population, which will lead to the problem of reducing the level of demographic dividend; this is an increase in the probability of a decrease in the overall the level of economic activity in aging countries and the increased likelihood of budget deficits of states; this is a decrease in stability, which can lead to the loss of resources by States to ensure basic functions and the loss of the reputation of guarantors of stability, and as a result - to destabilization and structural crisis. This scenario is quite likely if effective measures are not taken. The team members searched for solutions and offered their own vision: with the transition from the 5th to the 6th technological order, the new reality will be the replenishment of the level of the demographic dividend in the financial sector due to the ubiquity of robots and AI. Robots will become a separate cell of society. There is every reason to believe that AI will live in cooperation with humans, and not in competition. A transparent monetary policy and generally fair financial system will be built, accessible to all and protecting the sovereignty of the individual and also of all States. The economy will use resources efficiently with the help of machine learning.
