She was born on August 7, 1961 in Moscow. In 1984, she graduated from the Moscow State Historical and Archival Institute.

In 1978-1983, he was librarian of CRH No. 148 in Moscow.

In 1983-1991, he was a research assistant, senior research assistant, consultant to the Board of the Soviet Peace Foundation.

From 1991-1993 — Secretary of the Board of Founders of the International Association of Peace Foundations.

In the period 1993-2003, he was Executive Secretary of the Board of the Russian Peace Foundation.

In 2003, she was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Russian Peace Foundation.

From 1996 to 2005, she worked in the State Duma of the Russian Federation as an assistant to State Duma deputy, Twice Hero of the Soviet Union, cosmonaut pilot S.E.Savitskaya, since 2005 - First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Russian Peace Foundation. Since September 2012, he has been a member of the Coordinating Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Implementation of the National Strategy for Action in the Interests of Children. Actively cooperates with the Russian Orthodox Church in the cause of spiritual revival The Fatherland.

In 2005, she was awarded the Order of the Russian Orthodox Church of St. Princess Olga, III degree.
