The scientific basis for writing this work was a landmark conference held by the Institute of the Future in Santa Fe, according to which four scenarios for overcoming the global crisis are predicted:
1. "Optimal" helps humanity to find a way out of the current crisis situation;
2. "Revolutionary" allows you to make a leap into the future;
3. "Catastrophic" excludes overcoming global challenges;
4. The "anthropological transition" involves the appearance of two different subspecies of people.
The first two options were rejected by all participants, arguing that the intellectual and strong-willed bar of the world elite is so low that it is not possible to implement these scenarios. Over the past 100 years, a special type of person with a standard mindset has formed in the West. For a breakthrough, humanity needs a qualitatively different mindset. However, the population is standardized and passive: it is not possible to rely on it. 25% of the respondents expressed a desire in favor of the implementation of the "anthropological transition". This approach (a kind of "transhumanism") will be implemented until 2050 in two intertwining forms: technological singularity and symbiocene. The leading implementation environment is metaverses.
During the discussion, possible scenarios for the development of the future (relatively speaking, "Island" and "Ark") were outlined. In modern realities, humanity relies on "Autonomy" ("Islands"). According to forecasts, the West is going its own way, the rest of the world and Russia are going their own way. Within each macroregion, its own subvariants are created, differing in the degree of the "virtual – physical" ratio. Here, a new interweaving of virtual and physical political boundaries is possible at the level of autonomous, mobile micro-formations (micro-nomads) [1].
In this science fiction work, an attempt is made to make a long-term forecast regarding alternative prospects for the development of a bright future at the turn of 2100. The author suggests the neologism "homo originaticus" to characterize a new kind of society through the prism of perception of the main character of the narrative – Hugh – the inner child of any person of any gender, nationality, denomination, etc., who consciously reflects, sharing his transformational game path, which is based on the ideas of K.W. Graves about the spiral dynamics of the development of human consciousness [2]. The main character appeals to the children's part of the ordinary man in the street, including his natural curiosity and love in the game stream, challenging his evolution and gaining the necessary experience for the development of the soul.
The text of the work is completely original, the partial coincidence of ideas with other authors is accidental and does not bear intentional plagiarism on the part of the author.
Dedicated to every inner child,
who once chose to become a part of
The Universal plan…
There is a legend that somewhere, where there are no boundaries of space and time, there is an island shaped like a human heart. Shrouded in a haze of mystery, it attracts travelers who want to reunite with it. It is impossible to get to the island by simply buying a ticket. This is not the kind of payment that you can pay for visiting him. The island chooses its next guest by itself. Until now, no one knows by what criterion the choice is made in favor of a new lucky person – a potential visitor to the island. All that is known is that everyone who gets to the island merges with it forever and never returns, finding everything their heart lies for, without telling anyone about its location.
Every night the child dreamed the same dream: as if Hugh, dissecting the water surface, was swimming to the shores of Mann Island (as he was popularly called among people), frantically trying to reach its land. But each time the turquoise waves carried Hugh further back, leaving no chance to even get close to solving the mystery of the island. It seemed to the child that if he could at least see the outlines of a barely visible message on a sign surrounded by coral reefs, then he would be one step closer to his dream. Only Hugh had hope, as the resulting overstrain returned the child from the Realm of Morpheus to the ordinary course of the frozen reality of 2100.
It seemed to the child that he was going crazy, monotonously following the mechanical orders of the robotic world. Robots have almost supplanted and replaced human labor. The demand was only for those who were distinguished by innovative scientific and creative potential for a new civilization.
Every day Hugh resembled the previous one exactly in detail. Feeling trapped in his own consciousness, the child found oblivion only in night dreams about Mann Island.
One of those nights Hugh couldn't sleep: an inner voice told him that today would be the turning point of his entire existence. Yielding to the call of intuition, the child left his house and wandered, not realizing his own actions. Hugh just walked without weighing his steps, surrendering to the flow of life. And before the child had time to look around, he found himself on an abandoned base, which he always avoided because of the unremarkability of the objects located.
The child sat down at the foot of an old platinum tower in the form of a spiral stretching into the infinity of the sky. Hugh closed his eyes, catching his breath after a brisk walk, when suddenly the sound of footsteps approaching him was heard. Wanting to remain unnoticed, the child walked around the tower from the back side. Leaning his hands against her wall, Hugh felt that his hands began to go down, and his body could no longer resist the fall.
Looking around, the child found himself in a beige room. Finally calmed down, Hugh felt safe, not caught red-handed on someone else's territory. In the wall he found steps leading up to the hatch. Curiosity got the better of the child, and he climbed up on them, pushed the hatch and squeezed his eyes shut from the bright purple light that hit his eyes.
Behind him, the hatch slammed shut, and after Hugh's futile attempts to open it, he realized to his horror that it could only be opened from the back side. Panic seized the child. A swarm of thoughts filled his head that he would never be able to get out and he would starve to death in an old abandoned tower, having lived an unremarkable life.
The logic of each room suggested a continuous upward movement. And the child had no choice but to start climbing the steps to the next hatch, but this time Hugh decided only to open the hatch and through the opening to better assess the situation before becoming inevitably trapped in it. As soon as the hatch moved from its usual place, Hugh froze in horror: his worst nightmare was revealed to his eyes: the room was teeming with cochineal bugs. Hugh suffered from insectophobia, so the thought that he would have to be among such a huge number of insects paralyzed. Just as Hugh was about to close the hatch, he saw next to the steps leading to the next hatch, an easel with a picture painted with the help of carmine. Hugh was overcome with exultation at the thought that he was not alone in this tower. You just need to move up until he meets someone who will show him the way out of the tower.
It remained only to get to the hatch, bypassing cochineal. But the child could not decide to make the transition from his shelter to the room of his fear. It was necessary to pull myself together and calm down. The best solution that arose in my memory was the memory of how my mother taught Hugh to abstract from the situation by concentrating on his breathing during strong emotions and worries. Closing his eyes, the child plunged into his breathing practice. Having put his thoughts in order and noticeably calmed down, Hugh decided to squeeze through the hatch to meet his fear. Cautiously creeping to the steps, the child did not take his eyes off the cochineal family, which was kept together in the corner opposite from the steps. Hugh hoped that if there were no encroachments on cochineal territory on his part, then they, in turn, would respect his borders. Fortunately, all of Hugh's fears turned out to be groundless and were only in his head. And Hugh got safely to the next hatch.
Lifting the hatch, Hugh saw the blue robots of the very first, still imperfect generation. They were attached to iron rails running through the entire area of the room, and performed mechanical movements forward, unable to move, because there was not enough another robot capable of powering the mechanism. Having assessed the context of the situation, Hugh decided to take the place of the missing robot and, moving synchronously with his "brothers", reach the opposite wall to the hatch of the next level. In order for everything to work out, Hugh had to eliminate all the smoothness of the movements peculiar to him, as well as completely tune in with the movements of the group, acting as a team. Everyone's efforts were crowned with success, and Hugh easily climbed the steps to the next hatch, catching himself thinking about his advantage over robots, thanks to the freedom of his natural human movements.
The new room, to Hugh's disappointment, was completely empty. It was not difficult for the child to get to the next hatch, the sight of which immediately confused Hugh. There was an internal lock with an orange control panel on it. After spending a lot of time selecting a suitable code, Hugh, out of his impotence and anger, forcefully pushed the hatch, which easily shifted from the impact. The ironic thought "Why was it possible?" amused Hugh. And for this, all it was necessary to change the belief about the indispensable selection of a cipher at the sight of an electronic lock.
The next room resembled a hall of trophies left by previous heroes before Hugh, who conquered a new peak of their consciousness. In every detail left behind, one could read individuality, strength and exultation from one's growth and courage to discover and express oneself. The child was fascinated by the triumph of established personalities who, like him, once dared to start their ascent, and they succeeded. These thoughts inspired Hugh, and he tore off a green button, timidly left it next to someone's breathing tube.
Climbing to the next level, Hugh squeezed his eyes shut from the bright sunlight flooding the entire room, which was equipped for the convenience of anyone who might potentially visit it. There were signs leading to the steps to the next level. Someone took care of the inspiring inscriptions on the walls – everything smelled of care, love and support from those who had already passed this way. Hugh followed the guide arrows to the first step, which was broken. Hugh could easily step over it and find himself on another level, but he made a decision for himself to ease the way for those who would come after him. The child repaired the step as best he could, making sure before moving to the next level that it performs a sufficiently strong support function.
After leaving the last room, Hugh felt the sand under his feet, his heart stopped in his chest: his dream-dream was becoming his reality right before his eyes. Turquoise waves gently enveloped Mann Island, inviting Hugh to merge with it. And the child swam slowly, meditatively, enjoying every natural movement of his rowing. All his senses were sharpened to the limit, but outwardly there was calmness, acceptance and full readiness for the long-awaited meeting with the dream. The child did not want to rush things: every movement was part of his beautiful path. As he approached the island, Hugh could clearly read the words engraved on a coral tablet at the very foot of Mann Island, which read: "Freedom of communication with the world is born here." Stepping onto the shore, the child gave free rein to all his exultation: he jumped, shouted joyfully, cried with happiness. All the inhabitants of the island came running to his cry, among whom were his parents, the reunion with whom was an unexpected pleasant bonus for Hugh, surpassing all his bold expectations. They explained to him all the events that happened to them when they got to Mann Island. The reference point was 2020.
Historically, the 20s have never been calm. These 20s were no exception and were marked by economic decadence and a rethinking of government management strategies in many countries around the world. No sooner had the chimes struck than a new viral wave gradually swept over all countries of the world, forcing humanity to realize the illusory nature of its own control and helplessness in front of a microscopic infectious agent that claimed millions of lives around the world.
In this difficult epidemiological situation, the world society was divided conditionally into two camps: representatives of the first one complained about the fate and forced stay in quarantine, which became a litmus test of many previously not so obvious personal and intra–family conflicts; representatives of the other camp observed all necessary preventive measures, but at the same time used the priceless gift of time with benefit for their own development and deep self-knowledge.
This virus has "highlighted" many Achilles' heels of evolution: the shortcomings of traditional forms of education, the unwillingness of many countries to cope with the shutdown of production and create favorable conditions for overcoming a new crisis, the bankruptcy of small and medium-sized businesses, the problem of a digital society that has forgotten how to communicate with its close environment around the clock... This virus has become a selective test of humanity's readiness for a new stage of evolution [3].
This "quarantine respite" provided an opportunity for humanity to make a "leap" in its own development and transform the information society into an ecological one, and then make the transition to a creative society. The concept of "homo originaticus" (from the English originative – ‘creative, generative, giving rise') – a new generation of people – is based on the idea of purposeful formation and development of a single personality as a healthy cell of a single social organism [4]. The philosophy of the new society is aimed at focusing on the development of individual deep talents and inclinations of a person in order to achieve the apogee of his personal development and the use of his best personal resources for the benefit of our planet. The main values of the new kind of people are education and health at all levels of its organization. In the modern world, it is not IQ that comes out on top, but EQ (emotional coefficient), the emphasis is on communication, which gives resources, energy, understanding of the situation, increasing human capabilities multiple times.
For the progressive formation of a new generation of people around the world, special international meta-educational centers-towers were created, where people undergo multi-stage transformational programs to master the metalanguage of the future. In the realities of modern times, the success of an individual is determined by his virtuosity in metacommunication, therefore, the specifics of the work of the practice centers are based on 3 universal whales: international etiquette, work with thinking and knowledge of languages - a kind of triad of freedom of communication of an individual with the world. Working with thinking allows you to free up internal personal resources, international etiquette and protocol help you become "your own" among "strangers", the ability to express yourself masterfully and competently allows you to openly and vividly express yourself and manifest yourself in all its splendor, influencing through love, deep leadership and service.
The program of data center systems is organized in such a way that a person conducts self-diagnosis and independently manages the process of working on himself. One of the relevant professional directions of the new time is mentoring or mentoring, pursuing the educational idea of "rapprochement through service", in which the mentor is exclusively an intermediary, transferring his professional experience at the initial stage, coordinating and introducing students to all the tools for further independent work on themselves. Mentoring gives everyone the opportunity to develop maturity and take responsibility from the mentor even when they do not give anything directly, selectively extracting from his experience what is precious for themselves and integrating what is necessary into their lives. Educational programs are built on the principle of gamification of the meta-educational Universe: adaptation of immersive educational programs to the scenario of educational online games in augmented and virtual reality through transmedia storytelling [5]. The form and training plan are selected individually for optimal and convenient acquisition of a specialty or required skills. The popularization of this scientific approach takes place in an understandable, automatically selected language for the recipient, if necessary, moving away from the scientific by playing academic terms with simple words for any layman to understand. Through game scenarios, virtual life challenges are formed to gain the necessary experience and personality evolution. Thanks to the online era, today it allows you to bring value to more people in a minimal period of time and a negligible waste of resources.
The new generation of creative people is non-confessional, because it has witnessed the unification of all religions, the cessation of all wars and the construction of a single prosperous planet attractive for interplanetary cooperation for the purpose of mutual exchange of resources. In this regard, a new direction in tourism is emerging – interplanetary tourist trips. This contributes to the emergence of demand for specialists who know the basics of interplanetary etiquette for conducting business negotiations and accompanying space delegations with knowledge of the relevant languages and realities of the visited planet.
In turn, well-structured cooperation with other planets allowed earthlings to solve a number of problems in other spheres of human activity: depletion of natural resources and leveling of many environmental problems, the invention of medicines for previously incurable diseases without side effects, which contributed to improving the quality of life of the population and a significant increase in the life expectancy of mankind [3].
Hugh was amazed when he found out about all the events that happened as if in a parallel universe, and how he could have missed it all while in a robotic world. The answer was revealed when Hugh, along with his parents, climbed to the highest point in the heart of Mann Island, from where a bird's-eye view of the island opened. Under the surface of the water, as if under a dome, there was an old reality left by Hugh. The child watched with detachment the mechanically existing, somewhere rushing creatures, executing someone's commands, not following their dreams and ideas, skipping the whole gamut of their lives.
Hugh once again looked at the coral tablet of Mann Island and the words engraved on it revealed to him differently: "Here freedom of communication with the world is born, leading to the flowering of individuality – a true rendezvous with oneself. And only a personality that is maximally successfully manifested in all spheres can help another to scale in this world of the future, because we all, as keys to each other, strengthen the potential of love inherent in us and together create a Divine harmonious pattern of the universe."
The island appreciated and chose authentic uniqueness with a developed nature of communication – a modern currency of influence. Communication is the unifying and governing principle of life, a kind of connecting tissue, the nervous system of culture, through which people coordinate their actions to unite and perform joint tasks of evolution, in the scenery of which the most valuable resource is people who live in a single stream with the Universe, creating a personal reality through their thoughts – a game scenario called life [6].
Merging with Mann Island, everyone found their own way of the soul and the ark of stability in this world, organically complementing the Universal plan with their service ...
P.S. Well, where there is no heart, there is always any multifunctional robot that will do a great job for you.
