I, Muslimova Patimat Akhmedovna, am a 3rd-year student of the Medical Faculty of Dagestan State Medical University. To be honest, I really love fantastic movies about different heroes and their superpowers. If I was asked what kind of superpower I want to possess, I would answer that by teleportation. I think it's great to move from one point to another at lightning speed. Even as a child, I dreamed of becoming a doctor, and not just a doctor, but a highly qualified specialist. I knew that for this you need to study hard, constantly work on yourself, improve your knowledge and skills every day. I was not afraid of heavy loads, because I was possessed by the desire to help people, to make their lives much better and happier.
Medicine does not stand still, it is constantly evolving, it needs new ideas, methods of diagnosis and treatment of complex and rare diseases.
I asked myself: "How can our medicine become better and more effective?". And then it dawned on me. Somehow, sitting at another lecture, I came to a thought: "What if doctors could teleport?" I am sure that medicine would reach a new level. It was this thought that prompted me to write this work.
Addressing the reader, I want to say the following: it doesn't matter what awaits us in the distant future, the main thing is to believe in our strength, dreams and reach new heights. I hope my work will not leave anyone indifferent.
Human life is priceless. To preserve and prolong it, there is such a science as medicine in the world. The word is simple, but it is followed by years of hard study and work, which eventually lead to the saving of many lives.
What is medicine? It is a system of scientific knowledge and practical activities, the goals of which are to strengthen and preserve health. This is a standard definition that can be found on the Internet, but what kind of medicine do I see: this is an unusual world in which everything is in balance, a "universe" where hero doctors defeat terrible diseases and save people. And in order for this world to develop and improve, it needs new discoveries and revolutionary ideas that can be implemented in the future.
Often science fiction works demonstrate the charms of teleportation. This term refers to the process of transferring an object through space and time. Let's remember, every hospital has a doctor's office, a treatment room, a dressing room, an operating room, etc. And now imagine that somewhere in the hospital there is such a room, opening the door of which, you can get to another medical institution or to a medical congress, or home to a patient who needs emergency help.
Of course, this is all from the realm of fiction, but if there was a device for moving a person from one location to another, then imagine how our world would change! But in my work I decided to focus specifically on medicine. How do people get to the hospital? Some come by ambulance, others come by themselves. What if they could be teleported?
Let's simulate the situation: a person suddenly became ill, he was brought in by ambulance, urgent measures need to be taken, and no matter how hard you try to help him, even if you are a qualified specialist, and all your actions were correct, the person still dies. But one of the important factors that influenced his death was time, and this is a very valuable resource. Every second counts, especially when it comes to emergencies. That's why I raised this issue.
The existence of human teleportation would allow doctors to help patients as quickly as possible, and then the number of deaths in the world would decrease significantly. Agree, it's much more interesting and effective to save people this way. With the help of teleportation, doctors will be able to help not only people, but also themselves. Doctors always work in a team, which gives the best result in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Sometimes it happens that doctors face complex diseases that have never been encountered in their practice. And sometimes it is necessary to consult colleagues working abroad. In this case, thanks to teleportation, the doctor will be able to go to another country without flying by plane and get answers to his questions. Perhaps it will take years, maybe even centuries, to create such a device, because human teleportation has not yet been proven. But if this ever happens, everything will change, a new era of doctors will come, medicine will become stronger, and no one else will suffer from pain, because real heroes will be able to appear anywhere and at any moment in a matter of seconds.
Speaking about the high-speed movement of a person, do not forget about one obstacle: the safety of traveling in space. Many scientists believe that human teleportation is dangerous for his life, because "extracting all the information of the human body requires knowledge of the physical state of each atom, which requires complete decay." And what if someday humanity comes up with a drug that has a strong protective mechanism that prevents the rupture of genetic material. If I had a chance to create such a potent drug, I would call it "teleportin" - a means for comfortable travel in space. Believe me, not one of your chromosomes will be lost. This drug can be taken not only by patients, but also by doctors, which will make them stronger and more resilient for teleportation. Teleportin will have the same effect on the patient's body as anesthesia before surgery.
It would seem that my idea looks crazy and unrealizable, but it has the right to live. After all, we don't even know what tomorrow will bring us, much less the distant future. The most important thing is to believe in yourself and go to the end no matter what.
Summing up, I want to quote the American public activist Eleanor Roosevelt: "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." And I agree with her, because the future is what we create with our own hands. Believe in yourself, and then you will be able to build the future that you wish. Remember that nothing is impossible in life.
